Essex County Council’s Essex Highways is dedicated to enhancing the service provided to residents and road users in Essex. As part of their ongoing development, it is essential for them to collect feedback on key service areas from a diverse range of sources. This survey has been strategically timed so that the results can inform the planning cycle for 2025/26 and help optimise resource allocation.
