Castle Hedingham Parish Council is holding a
PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING

Chelmsford Motor Club are planning to run a closed road rally on Sunday 11th July 2027. This would take place on a legally closed 7-mile (approx.) section of road between Castle Hedingham, Great Maplestead and Little Maplestead for one day. Documents below provide more background including a map of the route.
Start/finish points, Rally HQ and service areas will all be in Castle Hedingham – please come along to the meeting to find out more and raise any questions or concerns. The Parish Council has been asked to respond to a consultation by 7th December 2026 – your views are welcome.
